Where is my order?
You get a tracking link by email and SMS the moment the box leaves Pune, usually within 24 working hours of ordering. Delivery is 2–5 days depending on where you are. If the link has not moved in 48 hours, send us the order number and we will chase the courier.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
From your account: change flavour, change pack size, push the next delivery back, or cancel outright. All of it takes two clicks and none of it needs to go through us. Changes made before the renewal date apply to the next box.
I do not like the taste. What now?
Tell us within 60 days and we refund the order in full. Keep the box — sending powder back helps nobody. If you would rather try a different flavour, say so and we will send one instead.
Can I see the lab report for my batch?
Yes. The batch number is printed on the underside of the box. Send it to us and we will email the heavy-metal and microbiology report for that run.
Do you sell wholesale?
To gyms, clinics and cycling stores, yes, from 200 sticks upward. Pick "Wholesale and stockists" above and include your city and rough monthly volume.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. Sri Lanka and the UAE are the two we are working on. Join the list at the bottom of the page and you will hear first.
